Comic logic: you ain’t dead if there’s no body. Bucky “died,” but whenever you want a character back, you come up with some convoluted escape hatch. Winter Soldier I believe.

Just saw Captain America
It was a fun movie! Although it didn’t fill me as much squee and glee as Thor did or made me think about character histories like X-Men: First Class.
I liked Cap. Sometimes you do need an upstanding character like Steve Rogers.
I loved Tommy Lee Jones’ character (who is basically Tommy Lee Jones) and Peggy Carter but Poor Bucky:(.

Suddenly it all makes sense. I should have known when it passed the Bechdel test on a regular basis alone, but the quippy dialogue, strong female characters, and interesting storylines with actual character development and continuity with repercussions…yeah. Should have known.
