#whovian challenges #my favourite episode #fucking sophie’s choice guys seriously #but still #this episode is amazing #my girls my wonderful brilliant girls who love the doctor enough they would promise a forever they don’t even have #they are both so wonderfully brave and strong and vulnerable and willing to step up even without the doctor #donna who is just a normal woman in the worst circumstances but who comes up fighting and is willing at the end of the day to die for a better future that she only has the hope of existing #and rose #oh rose who has become a haunting sad enigmatic time traveller on her own and now holds command with a grace that she never ever could have before#who has become willing to make hard choices and let a good woman die to protect the universe because it is right for the time stream when before she would have fought tooth and nail against it but still kills her inside #they are both so wonderful and beautiful in this you can see why the doctor loves them enough that their absence destroys him #i just have a lot of feelings okay #look on my works ye mighty and despair #i make stuff

I always wondered what the Tardis thought about Rose, considering they occupied the same skull for a short amount of time.

I honestly think this was a different from the one we see in Stolen Earth/Journey’s End. I mean just the way she fades away? It’s different from the noisy, flashy way she transported. Also Rose’s expression on the third gif read more of a farewell.

I stand by my theory that there were two Rose Tylers running around in this entire arc, because the way this Rose fades away is a hell of a different way than the Rose that appears and disappears by Journey’s End. 

In my head this Rose Tyler is the one with some access of her Bad Wolf powers. Also, it was never explained how Rose was able to pull off triggering the Cloister Bell and changing the signs to Bad Wolf when Ten and Donna were in a different time and planet. Plus, this Rose walking away felt further along in the timeline, like she was saying goodbye and not just a stop in a journey.
